I come here all the time because unfortunately its the only starbucks in the area and its also by far the worst starbucks ive ever been to. extremely slow! if your in a hurry dont bother stopping in. if theres 5 people in front of you prepare to wait 10 minutes for a drink, but i guess thats how things are here on the eastern shore. however, i still find myself going back because its close to my work and like i said before, the only starbucks around.

This a well run store with a friendly staff. Frequently stop in for my morning energy boost and receive prompt and friendly greeting. The regulars also greet me with a smile and hello. Guys it Starbucks.. Customer service should be excellent.. Caution during tourist season expect a longer wait.. Thats OK once its cold things will be normal again.

Extremely rude. Not pleasant at all. Unfortunately this is the only Starbucks in ocean city. It's like every time I go in there I am an inconvenience to them. With the eye roll and snotty attitude to boot!!! Really it is only the younger girls working in there. The guy and the older ladies are amazing. At least the coffee is good all the time! If you're looking for your morning to start off with a crappy attitude and the young girls are working this is the place to go!!!!

The place was awesome. Very friendly baristas. Very courteous and helpful. I got a half caff coffee that was fresh and hit the spot. Hung out and drank my coffee and grammed on my iPad. Very relaxing!!

Staff is friendly but thats where it ends. 25 minute wait for a measly coffee? Only one barista making drinks?!? Come on. This place is seriously understaffed during the summer. What are they thinking? They need to add staff during the summer months, just like every other business in Ocean City. Starbucks is no exception.

My friend and I are driving home from ocean city and stopped to get some coffee for our 3 hour drive at 7:45pm. We are both Starbucks connoisseurs and frequent them all over. Our drinks were great but I had to give this location a 2 because of how DISGUSTING the bathrooms were. We each used one of the restrooms and both got to the car complaining about how nasty they were. It seriously looked like they hadn't been cleaned all day. I've never experienced that at Starbucks before. :[

I visit this Starbucks quite often. If I just get coffee it is convenient. However if I want a specialty drink it does take a while for the drink to be made. Since summer has arrived it seems as if they have new employees and are not trained very well.

What can you do? Unless you want to battle outlet shopping traffic and drive to Rehoboth, this is your only option for any Starbucks cravings while in OC. That being said, as a weekender I have been here numerous times. I've NEVER thought any of the staff was rude (if you want to know what "rude" is I can direct you to a few Starbucks locations in Baltimore). Whoever takes my order always inquires how my day is going and seems like he or she is genuinely interested. They've also made some nice recommendations on some of the coffee bean roasts that I probably wouldn't have tried on my own. I've also seen some very nasty customers come through here, and the staff always handles them with kindness and grace. We all know that these people can simply not be pleased and I probably would not be as patient toward them! My only gripe is the size of this Starbucks. I wish it was a tad larger with more seating so I could more easily bring my laptop or a book and find a seat to settle into for the morning or afternoon. But overall this is a decent Starbucks and really I am just happy that I can get my fix while I'm in town!

Enjoyed this Starbucks. Compared to the congested Starbucks at home, this one was quite pleasent. The service was friendly. At places like these, one must pick service or quality, sometimes. Id rather be given a drink made well then have someone talk my ear off. I think this location might just be busy during in-season; otherwise, tasty drink, friendly service, and super nice & modern place.

Not sure who is running this now but the last 2 times I've gone here its been poor lack luster service and the place is messy to say the least.. not up to the norms or friendly customer service I'm used to at this location... dj needs to learn to say thank you with a smile..

I am not a weekender. I visit this Starbucks during the week. The drinks are good but service-wise, this is an awful Starbucks! The garbage was overflowing, the counters were dirty, and worst of all, it took at least 15-20 minutes to get my drinks. On top of all that, the barista was unfriendly and she and the cashier were totally unorganized. They need a new manager for sure because this was a good Starbucks several years ago.

I'm a huge fan of Starbucks and go more than once a week. I was thrilled that their was a place near our hotel in Ocean City. The coffee was fine, didn't try the expresso drinks this time, but the service is RUDE! I ordered the group-sized coffee and a kid's apple juice for my son while we waited. I have ordered my son a kid's apple juice in probably dozens of Starbucks without a problem, but was charged for a tall juice (twice the price). I mentioned it nicely as I figured it was a mistake and was told they don't have kid's juice. When I pointed out the kid's juice on the menu above her, the barista got super annoyed and told me she would refund me THIS TIME but if I order it again I will be charged for a tall. It's not even the fact that she refused to give me something on their menu and would next time force me to order something more expensive, it annoyed me more that she was so rude about it. Interestingly, when the original guy came over to me with the group coffee container, he kind of hesitated like I was going to bite his head off, or wanted to apologize since the crazy lady was right behind the counter. I got my coffee at Panera Bread the rest of the week!

They were very enthusiastic about their jobs. They were very lively when calling out orders and such. There was a bit of a snafu with the drinks we ordered, but they made it right. Breakfast sandwich was good! If I liked coffee or starbucks I would probably rate higher.
